The El Paso Chapter, The Links, Incorporated is a community service organization that was founded on September 17, 1977. We are concerned primarily with enriching, sustaining and ensuring the identities, culture and economic survival of Black Americans, African Americans and persons of African decent. Our organization membership is based on “friendship” principles and ideal standards while working to do our share towards partnering with other service based organizations within the El Paso community for overall transformation and improvement of the lives of its citizens. Together, we are linked in friendship, connected in service.
