On September 17, 1977, twenty visionary young women came together to charter the El Paso (TX) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, establishing a legacy rooted in friendship and service.

For nearly five decades, the El Paso (TX) Chapter has remained committed to enriching the lives of individuals and families throughout the El Paso community through impactful programming and meaningful partnerships. As part of one of the nation’s oldest and largest volunteer service organizations of professional women of African descent, the chapter advances initiatives focused on education, health and wellness, youth development, the arts, international awareness, and civic engagement.

Through scholarships, community-based programs, and collaborative partnerships, the El Paso (TX) Chapter continues to create opportunities, strengthen families, and make a lasting impact throughout the Borderland.
